Yes to your Ringer thoughts. For example...I thought they were going to keep the Sean arc until next season. Or..I hoped they would, you know? It just seemed like a cool thing that they brought it up at the beginning and were going to just have it be one of those things that we always wonder about but doesn't come out. Not to mention I feel like Shiv and Bridget are way closer to "meeting" than I would have thought at this point.

This is late, sorry! For those just tuning in, this is in response to this post.

I’m okay with how they did it, personally, but I think that this fast-paced continuity is a problem with a show that wants to last more than one season. I mean, I think that Ringer would function beautifully as a one-season show right now because they have so many questions- and so many are already answered. But I’d assume that they’re hoping for a second season? And that’s where their speed and focus on continuing plots becomes problematic. :/
